Invitations & RSVPs

Your guests should know the date before they know the dress code.

Planning a wedding means writing to the same eighty people many times: save-the-date, invitation, directions, a reminder about the RSVP, the seating plan. LoveMail Hub sends these messages for the couple or the host, to the guest list they entered themselves, and stops the day after the party.

Questions couples and hosts ask

Who receives the messages?

Only the guests you add to your own list. We do not suggest guests, import address books or write to anyone on your behalf who is not on that list.

How do guests reply?

Each invitation has a personal yes/no link. Guests can add a companion or dietary needs; you see the answers on your guest list immediately.

Can we send updates later?

Yes — directions, timings, a changed venue. They go to guests who accepted, and to those who declined only if it concerns them.

What happens after the celebration?

One thank-you message if you want it, then the guest list is deleted. Nobody is kept for future mailings, ours or anyone else's.

Our promises to guests

Guests did not choose to be on a mailing list; they were invited. We behave accordingly.

  1. Messages are sent in the hosts' name and only about their event.
  2. No advertising for photographers, venues, gift shops or anything else, in any message.
  3. A guest can stop all further messages about an event with one click.
  4. Guest lists are deleted within thirty days after the event.
  5. We never use guest addresses for our own promotion.
